Admittedly I am not a huge Christmas music fan…like on the continuum of Buddy the Elf to The Grinch I probably fall somewhere in the middle…I don’t listen to Christmas music before thanksgiving is over, and often not until Dec. 1. It’s not on continuously once I do start listening and I definitely don’t listen beyond Christmas Day. With all that being said, there are 15 Albums that I return to every year…most are older, or classic but there are a few more contemporary titles and probably atleast one that would shock you. So, without further prolonging the intro, here they are in no particular order…
Michael W. Smith – Christmastime (1998)
Amy Grant – Home For Christmas (1992)
Josh Garrels – The Light Came Down (2016)
Phillips, Craig, & Dean – Repeat The Sounding Joy (1994)
Michael Buble – Christmas (2012)
Vince Guaraldi Trio – A Charlie Brown Christmas (1965)
Mariah Carey – Merry Christmas (1994)
Nat King Cole – The Christmas Song (1963)
Bing Crosby – White Christmas (1945)
Lauren Daigle – Behold (2016)
Kevin Max – Holy Night (2005)
NSYNC – Home For Christmas (1998)
Relient K – Let It Snow Baby, Let It Reindeer (2007)
Jars of Clay – Christmas Songs (2007)
Sufjan Stevens – Songs For Christmas (2006)
Bonus Album: John Van Deusen – In the Bleak Midwinter (2022)
