So here’s five records that just missed my Top 20 of 2021, but I still think they’re worthy of some love/attention. Top 20 Albums Post to follow in a few weeks. Stay tuned!!!

I’m all-in on the title track and “The Captain” but didn’t return to this one much beyond those two. Artfully done as always though. A solid 4 stars.
4 Stars, with 3-4 really strong songs present. “The Day That I Moved Out” is a top 3 song for me though.

4 Stars for this excellent post-hardcore album. Ultimately not a style I return to much hence honorable mention and not Top 20.
Holden Days – Peregrine 3.5 Stars. This is a gorgeous album but I kept sliding down my list. You have to be in a low-key mood.

A December 3 release date doomed this one to honorable status, otherwise with more time to digest and listen to the album it likely would have cracked the top 20. as it is my knee-jerk rating is 4 stars. Lots of bangers here.
